From the darkness of greed and envy a magical wand appeared to the Dark Knight. The Dark Knight was one of the first known knights to use a magic wand. He was desperate to conquer the good King’s realm. He was gifted the wand by an evil sorceress who had the same goal. She made a deal with him: If he were to defeat the king, she would take over as Queen and make him her King.
The battle was intense and the outcome was in favor of the dark side this time. He won the war and approached the sorceress to become king and she turned on him! Slashing him down where he stood. What she didn’t expect was that her breaking the deal to the wand’s owner meant her own demise. The wand was cursed by the knight. She picked it up and was turned to ash. The wand fell to the ground and was lost…till now.
All sculptures are made with genuine love and passion.
Some are made with lots of thought and sketches. Others I just go with the flow and allow myself to just zone into the material and see what comes out. I use professional materials to sculpt each one. They can take any where from one hour to four or more for really detailed ones. Once created I then bake them. Then its time for Painting! This too can take several hours and layers. I use a base coat and a top coat at the end to ensure it stays fresh and lovely. Once it is ready to depart my hand and fall sweetly into yours I pack it up. I will include tissue paper and ribbon. I also with most wands add a certificate for you to enjoy.
I have made them for all kinds of reasons. I love that my clients can come to me for something special that comes from their heart. It could be for a birthday, wedding, baby shower, parting gift, or almost anything you can imagine. These pieces and all of my art is meant to be a journey of expression and delightful team work.
