Damp dark caves connect to one another. Each one holding horrible beasts and things to fear. The smell alone is suffocating and reeks of death. Bones from many creatures and maybe even some human are strewn about. Some even crunch underfoot. The tunnels connecting all these musty caves are maze-like and the cold doesn’t help when trying to choose a path to take. Lost and desperate to find the one thing you seek. Arkla’s Finger is a well known powerful wand said to be in this maze of muck. An ogre known to the world as Arkla caused havoc and destruction anywhere he went. Large like giant, green skin, and a hot temper. There was a high price on his head and he lived in these caves. Many tried to kill him and bring back something to prove they defeated him. All died but one, an apprentice to the dark wizard. He conquered the beast and chopped off his finger. On the finger was a gold ring with black stones. He ran to the dark wizard to prove his worth. The wizard then turned on the apprentice, killing him to steal the finger! Due to the worry that the young apprentice would excel past him, he used a bone from his body and connected it with the ogre finger to forge a very powerful dark wand…Arkla’s Finger was born from this tragic jealousy.
