The amazing and wild creatures that we call teenagers!
Teenagers have enough going on in life as it is.
When I was young and dealing with so much, I could have used someone to help me. I offer this class in hopes of helping these growing humans stretch their creative souls.
Art saves lives; I have seen it.
It saved mine.
As teens, we need to collect tools to help us relax, explain our points of view, feel self-worth, and maybe learn that we ARE GOOD AT SOMETHING!
Finding a space to connect, laugh, be seen, and be heard is difficult, especially when we can’t always have them socialize at their friends’ homes. Sometimes, being at home is the only option. If you would like to have a group come together of friends reach out and we can make it a session just for them.
Special Note: I am aware that some teens really do fall into hardships and can become emotionally unstable. If for any reason I notice this in your child, I will reach out to you and let you in on what is going on. This is a safe space for them and I want to help. If you feel your teen is struggling please let me know before they attend class. I am NOT a therapist, I am someone who knows art shows more than most see. I have the ability to see deeper into artwork. I hear them and see them for who they are.
